University Report: 

Professor Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Director SSC UoG, along with his official driver Mr Khadim Hussain have been brutally murder.

It is regretfully informed that Professor Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Director Students Services Centre (SSC) and Director Scholarship Scheme has been brutally murdered on the way  to the University of Gujrat (UoG) while coming to attend his duties along with his official driver Mr Khadim Hussain. This is a bolt from the blue for the whole university. The Vice Chancellor, the Registrar along with the administration, faculty and students; all are terribly stunned and shocked at this unexpected, tragic murder and express their heartfelt condolences. Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah was the most prominent leading progressive intellectual of the university. It is an irreparable loss for the University of Gujrat and his relatives. May the souls of Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah and Mr Khadim Hussain rest in eternal peace and God Almighty grant patience to their near and dear ones!
